I saw a post somewhere but there was no reply. So I am asking again..
I am new here and I am a very frugal shopper but I need advice on the laundry soap. I have a front load washer and use cold water to wash...I tried the powder soap before but it didn't seem to disolve real well. Is it because of the size of the grate? Or is it that the fels neptha soap is better in hot water... OR because I need to do the liquid version?

To be honest the powder for me is faster so that was why I chose it.... But which is truly best for HE machine AND MOST cost efective....
