Homemade laundry soap question...is it worth it? |

When you buy all of your ingredients to make the homemade laundry soap, how many batches do you get from all of it?
I'm just trying to determine the cost, to make sure that this will be worth it. By the way, I am new here. This is my first post. Thanks, Alison

The answer depends on a variety of factors (where you buy the items, the type of water you have--you use more in hard water, how dirty your clothes are,
whether you chose to use fels naptha or another type of bar soap to make it, etc...). It costs me less than 1 cent per load. I'd suggest that you price the
items in your area to figure out your cost per load to see if it would be cheaper for you. Read old postings to see what others have to say; lots of us are
believers.
