Not just cat pee but male cat marking the clean clothes. Well they are not clean now. I have washed them 2 times and still can smell it.

Mix 8 oz. of hydrogen peroxide with 2 Tbls. of baking soda. Pour it (or spray it) on the area. If the urine is on carpet, just pour the whole mixture on the
spot. You have to pour all of it on so it reaches the padding under the carpet. Let it air dry. If it's on a spot other than carpet, just spray it on there
and let it air dry. This should help. I did this and it worked well for me.
